Pleas could some one help me.
I have a problem with my spectra system AS3000 pump. I have a leak from the seal holder tube. I changed the pistons seals and the piston flush seal. I still have a small leak. What could be the problem and how I could resolve it?. The press ion is quite the same.

Thank you very much

The problem is most like a worn piston or piston seal. Are you sure that you did not damage the new seal during replacement. Did you inspect the piston for signs of damage?

If you have been letting any buffers sit in the lines, there may be salts present, just waiting to destroy your new seals. If so, flush lines w/ water then water/organic of choice. Replace seals and hope the new plungers are not scored (check them while replacing seals).
