Dear Sirs,
I HAVE FLOW CELL 1.5 MM OF HPLC (MAKE : THERMO)
CAN I USE THIS SYSTEM FOR VALIDATION OF THE PRODUCTS
PLEASE GUIDE ME

More information would be helpful.
As a guide, I can suggest that you consider the HPLC systems that will be running the method on a routine basis. If their flow cells are different in terms of volume, you may have some minor issues. If path lengths are different, you may have very different linear ranges. You may be able to work around that by altering your solution concentrations and/or injection volumes so that your "mg analyte/unit path length" in the different detectors matches.
