Doesn't ring any bell as abbreviation for mobile phase solvent/additivies... The closer I could come at is "Metal Oxide Chromatography"... which can give some indicatations of the nature of the mobile phase additives used...

looking around on google :
Perhaps it deals with Fast Moc solid phase procedure ( developped by ABI) , in the field of peptides amino acids etc...
Could you give some more info about the HPLC methods or its references , it would help us to guide you
regards
philippe

That is virtually useless. TSK makes dozens of columns called "TSK GEL", and MOC is not a standard abbreviation as far as I know. You need to contact whoever sent you the method and get more details.

I agree with Tom...
Maybe in this case (as probably it is a SEC method) MOC means "maximum organic concentration"
