shall I change filaments and clean the ion source?

Both of my filaments burnt out. I have to open the analyzer chamber. Shall I clean the ion source too? The electron multiplier voltage is 1700-1800 v. Please give me some advises about this.

You might as well while its down and vented. It will save you from having to do it in the near future.
