Simple really. No and No.Can I use method developed for one the drug in my first company to another company without telling the name of the drug. Can I use the data without telling the name of the product .
When employed, you probably were subjected to a non-disclosure or confidentiality clause in your employment contract. You must never divulge information learned at one employer to another without consent, and that restriction includes the protocols used for method development and validation, not just the data.
What you can do is take the published method development and validation guidelines from compendial sources, such as ICH and USP, and relate your experience to those guidelines using their general descriptions.
If, at the interview, your potential employer asks you to disclose any information that is not in the public domain, you don't want to work for them.
Good luck with your interview.

Dear mk12:
Please do not exaggerate your experience and knowlege, because it will haunt you later on.
Did you watch the movie "Catch me if you can?"
This guy had no training in medical school, but with a fake credential, he was appointed chief of doctors working night shift. When patients with trauma were brought in, all he could muster was, "Doctor so and so, what you will do?" and "concurred." If all other doctors had been absent, he would have revealed himself as an impostor!
My gut feeling is that we should promise less, and deliver more.
I hope that you concurred with my opinion!
