I have difficulties to install Chemstation E.2.00 for 6890+ and 5973N. As per guidelines, first installed I/O libraries, than Bootp service, setup IP addresses, pinged them - OK. Then I tried to install Chemstation, however, cannot install instrument control part - only data analysis is available. It looks like Chemstation doesn't see my GC/MS. Any clues? Thanks in advance.

Not really enough info here to help. Try calling Agilent's service number:
800–227–9770 then select options 3-3-1-2 or something to that effect. Should get to Product support and it will ask you to type in the 4 digit product code (1701 for MSD Chemstation I believe). They should help you with the installation over the phone for free. They have helped me many times in the past. I have had problems with specific "services" in windows either not being ON or OFF on various computers while upgrading to E.02. Eventually we got it. Also, make sure GC and MS are all plugged into the network hub (little HP box with ethernet ports) and make sure that all your IP addresses are set correctly with the same subnets on all instruments and the computer itself. If your computer IP address is 10.0.1.101 then the GC should be 10.0.1.102 and MS should be 10.0.1.103 etc. Order doesn't matter but they should all share the same number sequence. Also the subnet and gateways must be identical on the machines. Double check all this before installing. I would completely uninstall all programs and then double check these and then re-install.

Try installing the service pack 2 for Chemstation E.02.00. I had a similar issue trying to install E.02.00 and it not recognizing my mass spec.
