Since then, our scientists have and continue to experience sample run interruptions and failures due to sporadic hook, post-acquisition, access denied and chemstore dbase spooler errors.
More recently, we added two 1200 series HPLCs to ChemLaunch but ran into license manager errors along with extremely slow instrument response times and significantly higher than normal CPU usage by the 1200 sessions.
We have contacted Agilent and Healex (creators of ChemLaunch) but they seem to be baffled and have yet to provide resolution.
Neither Agilent nor Healex have KBs. Any suggestions, ideas, recommendations?
