Hi,
I'm recently work on the LC-MS/MS API 5000(Ablied bio system)-ESI
im work on method development of acyclovir in human plasma using MRM +ve mode and daughter of 152,mobile phase is 99%H2O +1%Acetonitrile,
samples were preciptate with Acetonitrile(1:2)
my started samples give two peaks and , problem start by time , those two peaks convert to one sharp and more intense peak and to the same samples !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
