Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the replies.I tried all your suggestions but unfortunately i am still getting the peaks betwenn 15-25 mins.I have to get rid of these peaks because its going to affect my samples. The final step i read from the articles suggests that i can clean up the filter with the nitric acid.It would be of great help to me if somebody have a previous expereince in cleaning up the filter..Can you please suggest me like what concentration of nitic acid should i use and also the procedure of cleaning up.

Thanks.

if you use gradient elution in your expeiment,it will couse the gost peak if water and your agent is dirty

Search my posts using terms gradient and Empore. You will find some suggestions for proper water clean-up.
Thanks,
DR
