My method says the column name as C 20M at 10% on CWHP 100/200 mesh (2m X 3 mm id)

Can any body suggest the equivalant column, which I can use.

Thanks in advance
Based on my previous experience with packed columns I would guess that C 20M stands for Carbowax 20M and that the CWHP stands for Chromosorb W HP. Carbowax 20 M is the liquid phase coated at 10% on the Chromosorb W HP solid phase. This was packed in a 2 meter by 3 mm glass column. If you want to use the same column, check with one of the chromatography supply houses and they should be able to supply this. If you want to use capillary, you can get a wax column from any of the column manufacturers. Call places such as Alltech, Restek, Supelco, SGE, Agilent, or others for specifics. Any of them will be more than happy to help you select a column and sell it to you.

thanks for the reply
