Empower Custom Calculations

I'm trying to enter standard weights, purity corrections, and dilutions separately into Empower software (instead of pre-calculating a corrected concentration in mg/mL) and get a two-point linearity curve (linear thru zero) with the same equation as when I enter the pre-calculated concentrations in mg/mL. Is there anyone out there who has any experience with a similar situation?

You should make a custom field which calculates the amount for that peak, and use this custom field to calibrate with, instead of amount.
