I am writing seminar on GC-MS and GC-ECD for secondary school project. And I would like to know, what influences on sensitivity, reproducibly and separability (eg pressure, column, bad septa, liner...). I can't find these information on the internet. Thank you for your answers.

If you can't find what you need on the net, maybe you need to make a trip to the university library.
