Sensitivity, reproducibly, separability
Discussions about GC and other "gas phase" separation techniques.

I am writing seminar on GC-MS and GC-ECD for secondary school project. And I would like to know, what influences on sensitivity, reproducibly and separability (eg pressure, column, bad septa, liner...). I can't find these information on the internet. Thank you for your answers.
