DSQ gain calibration failure

DSQ gain calibration failure

I have problem on trace DSQ. (gain calibration failure). I have cleaned system. Ion volume has also been changed but without success.Does anybody know how to solve the problem and how to proceed?

Hi,

It's possible that you have a leakage on your ion source heater. You can run diagnostics and look if you have a high leakage current. If so, you have to replace the ion source heater. Then tune and calibrate again. Keep me posted.
