Dear all,
Does any one familiar with GCMS and NIST MS liberary? If there are MS spectrum of Lipid matter, such as trilycerides and wax esters?
I have no ideas about this liberary so thank you for your any comments.

Hello,
Yes they are spectrums of fatty acid in the NIST which is very wide.
You can find spectrum (quad analyser) of common molecules.

Hello,
it's my experience that there are less mistakes and "wrong" spectra in the NIST library than in the WILEY library ! (for example in the WILEY library you can find many spectra with water (m/z = 18) or traces of column bleeding in the background!)
Certainly in the NIST library you can find spectra of all important substances, also from lipid matters !
