what difference is there between flash column and SPE column

						what difference is there between flash column and SPE column?the  seperation mechenism of both column?

						Flash columns tend to be larger and used for small-scale purification; SPE cartridges tend to be smaller and are used for sample cleanup. A wide range of separation chemistry can be used with either one. There is no clear distinction between the two.
