what difference is there between flash column and SPE column?the seperation mechenism of both column?

Flash columns tend to be larger and used for small-scale purification; SPE cartridges tend to be smaller and are used for sample cleanup. A wide range of separation chemistry can be used with either one. There is no clear distinction between the two.
