Low pressure affinity chromatography

I would like to use affinity chromatography to extract some drugs from water. Commercial HPLC columns are very expensive and I have a small budget. So I am looking for low pressure liquid chromatography. I know I should use immobilized human serum albumin support to extract my compounds. Somebody knows where I can buy immobilized HSA stationnary phase for LPLC. Where I can find standard protocols to bind HSA to some stationnary phase used in LPLC? My sample is reach in inorganic salts. This will cause problems with affinity chromatography?

Thanks a lot.
