Can anyone direct me to information as to why Vitamin A Palmitate is seemingly less stable than Vitamin A Acetate?

Thanks

Certainly not an answer, but the question should be asked--less stable to which condition(s) (oxidation, hydrolysis, thermal, UV....) ???

All but hydrolysis at this moment. The method is designed with Vitamin E as a preservative, the temps need to remain low and all solutions prepped in low actinic glassware.
