You probably can use any reverse phase column for this compound:

Some of the related impurities can be hydrophilic and not UV active (N,N-dimethylisopropyl fragments), so you might want to use LC/MS first to make sure that you see your impurities.

ACN/water/buffer (phosphate or sulphate for UV) with gradient of ACN from 5% to 70%. For LC/MS use formic acid or ammonium formate with the same gradient. Watch for peak shape due to residual silanol interaction with your amine.
