Well, 1.5 months.... You should pretty much have sorted out the method completely by now - especially as the other thread by Olivia that your first post mentioned had some starting suggestions.

However, just in case you haven't progressed very far, I'd suggest you request the details of the following procedure. You can look at the abstract free on Pubmed, but it doesn't have the chromatography details.
