i hav still not recieved any answers from your side. I dont kno wat all these guy do that they get answers so quickly. wen i posted my query i guessed it wl be a matter of days but its now more rhan 1.5months and no replies............ i am running short of time :roll: :( :cry:

Well, 1.5 months.... You should pretty much have sorted out the method completely by now - especially as the other thread by Olivia that your first post mentioned had some starting suggestions.

However, just in case you haven't progressed very far, I'd suggest you request the details of the following procedure. You can look at the abstract free on Pubmed, but it doesn't have the chromatography details.

method validation is described in the ICH guidelines
