Hi Users,

which information can i get from a 3D Plot and Isoabsorbance Plot.
How can i use the information for improving a Methode ?

Any good Articles or Links on this topic ?

thx ;-)

3D plot gives you possibility to see all peaks/impurities in selected wavelength region. You can see if there is not "hidden" undetected impurity.

Isoabsorbance let you compare diferent wavelengths in one chromatogram and extract selected signal. For example: you made an analysis at 205 nm and acquired spectras. Then you decided to change detection to 250 nm. You are able to extract desired chromatogram at 250 nm from one datafile.
You are able to compare signals and select the best one (during method development).

Sorry for my english :)
