Hello HPLC expert,

Can someone recommend me any HPLC column with octadecylsilyl vinyl polymer packing material? it is used for perfloxacin impurities B and C.

Thanks,

Louise

I read this column type as a bit of a contradiction, have you got a more complete reference for the application - pharmacopoeial, perhaps? The only mixed column I've personally heard of are the CapCell Pak line, however these employ silicone-polymer-coated silica particles. If you want a fully polymeric column that's much easier, but I doubt you'll find one with C18 stuck to it.

This could also mean some type of polymer-based C18 column. Look for ODPerfect from Shodex.
