Has anyone used HPLC columns from a company called SIELC? I am thinking of trying their Promix MP column in a GMP setting, but wanted to see if anyone could attest to their robustness?

We validated two methods on Primesep 100 column from SIELC. Our group is developing methods for small molecules and Primesep 100 worked fine for a mixture of polar drugs.
Our Proteomic group is finishing validation on Promix MP and Promix AP columns, but I cannot share any information (protein size and PI values)

Rmonsef,

I am not sure how many people on this board are using our columns (Primesep or Promix) but i am aware of few methods which were validated on Primesep and Promix columns.

Please contact me if you have questions about Promix MP columns.
Please download brochure from our website:

Kind regards,

Vlad
