but i hav nt started my work still wondering wiz solvent system to choose and also i am not getting any UV-vis related data about duloxetine

You had enough information to get started six weeks ago, and there are suggestions for mobile phase composition, detector wavelength, and HPLC column freely available on the Internet.
If you had got started, and performed a little searching, you would have all the details for the initial method by now.. It's up to you.
