mass related Mass spec charging

Hello,
I am working for a CRO as a Bioanalyst.
I have an issue regarding a charging problem on Q1 on my MS (API 3000)
Usually charging on Q1 or Q0 is related to contamination of the MS, ie spraying to close to the orifice. But usually it affects all the mass range.
I have found that we had a charging problem around 600amu but not at 907amu. The test is usually perform with PPG on 907amu.
It is really strange, does anyone came accros this problem?
