I'm a chemist and i'd like to know an enough information about Photo diod array detector and it's parameters specially how can i calculate the threshold ? and is it has a great effect on the peak purity result ?

There is no single answer: depends on the manufacturer and model. Best suggestion would be to check the manufacturer's web site for user manuals, applications notes, etc.
