Acid buffer for LC/MS analysis of erythromycin

hi,
I'm developping an LC/MC method to analysis degradation products of erythromycin. I want to use MS Esi compliant buffer, usually TFA 0.1% is used in our lab, but this "buffer" cleaves sugar groupment on the erythromycin. Does anyone knows a volatile buffer i could try to perform the LC/MS analysis ?
Thanks
