Hello:

I am trying to identify and characterizedigested proteins in divers seed plants (chickpea, soy, hemp...) by LC/MS/MS. I would like to know which database and engine search are more suitables for these proteins.
Any help will be very appreciated
Thanks
Sabik

If these seed plants have been sequenced then there shoud be available fasta files in the net. About the search engines, if you have none, and you do not want to pay > $10,000, I would recommend XTandem that it is free...
