Internal Standard and Solvent for GC

Dear All
i am developing one analytical method for estimation of one constitutent by GC-MS. I want to use the same method for biological mtrix also. Can any one suggest me which solvent is good for estimation of drug which we can use in GC-MS . Can anyone suggest good and easily available internal standrad it can elute around 60-70 °C.
