Hello,
I need a HPLC column with "Diisopropylcyanopropylsilyl silica gel for chromatography 5µm" acc. EP. I searched for brands and manufacturer but didn't find anything.
Which brand is suitable?
Who produces and sells such HPLC colums?

best regards

What is it about the Di-isopropyl cyano that you need for the application?
Have you contacted any of the manufacturers....they may we able to do something "customised" for you?

Hello Harry,
I contacted several manufacturers and asked if they produce colums with diisopropyl silica gel. I didn't get any answer until yet.
As this material is referenced in the European Pharmakopoeia, i asume that such colums are already available on the market.

Did you find the HPLC column you wanted? I also have difficulties to find the column. If you already got one, could you share some information of the column like Brand and Manufacturer?

Thanks in advance!

Hello pillin:

Thank you very much for your reply! Based on the information you gave, I looked into many catalogs, and found an Agilent HPLC column with catalog number HP880975-905. Is it correct? Please, give me an answer!

The ordering number as i got it from my agilent catalogue (Europe) is 880995-905. This number corresponds to a column with 250mm length and an internal diameter of 4.6mm filled with ZORBAX SB-CN 5µm.

I have another favor to ask. Do you know where to buy "paclitaxel natural for peak identification CRS containing impurity A,B,C,D,E,F,H,O,P,Q and R"? This mix is mentioned on page 5349 of European Pharmacopoeia 5.8 supplement.

Thanks!

Hi pillin:

Thanks for your reply! However, I still can not locate the reference standard material through the particular website(www.pheur.org/site/page_656.php) and many related websites as well after searching online for hours. If you can, could you show me a little bit more detail information regarding how to find and how to order the standard material?

Thanks a lot!
