Empower with Agilent 1200

We have both Agilent 1100/1200 and Alliance 2695 systems in our lab on Empower Software. The Alliance 2695 run just fine but I have trouble in using Empower with Agilent 1200 DAD system. Everytime I set the system to acquire spectra, Empower would give me an error message about data overflow, and stops the run. However if I just record single wavelength with the DAD (without selecting the spectra option), the whole analysis would run just fine. I tried calling Agilent but they cannot give me an answer. Is there any specific setting I have to pick (e.g. Bandwidth, peakwidth, slit or step... etc) in order to get the system run properly? Thanks in advance.
