Hello all,

We are having some troubles with the following error in our HPLC Shimadzu system:

pda experienced an error please contact your service representative and report the hexidecimal number shown here Error 0x30008003’

When this happens, the run sequence stops. While this used to happen from time to time in the past, now is getting more and more often (almost daily).
We called for servicing today but they were not able to solve the problem and they said that it should be a bug in the software.

Do you have any idea where this problem comes from and how to solve it?

Many thanks in advance
This may be because of a faulty RAM , remove the RAMs ,clean the contacts with an pencil eraser and try again.
Hello amontellano,
I have the same situation, have you found a solution?

Regards
