My suggested for cause
1. Maybe motor drive failure or
2. Possible home sensor fail.

Thank you

or junk in flow cell - pump something clean through it & power cycle it.

Hello again,

Here's what happened. We've installed a new lamp on the 2487, the sample and reference energy is about 20 nA at 245 nm. At the end of the manual calibration, we got a message that says "Peak was not found". What could be wrong? The flow cell was thoroughly cleaned, the lamp is self-aligned, there is nothing in the corvette. Could the energy level be too low or is there any other optical alignment option?

Hello iris.s7one

Have you re-calibrate the detector after install new lamp?

If done, go to next question

Have you change the detector's battery?
