ECD GC baseline shift towards upwards

Hi,
I have a bit of a problem with the GC ECD results. After running tests on GC ECD, the baseline of the chromatogram shifts upwards. I had thought that that was because water has entered the column hence I changed the column but the baseline still shift upwards.
There is adequate nitrogen flow .
Is it because of the ECD GC being damaged?
Are there any plausible reasons and mitigation efforts I can take?

I really appreciate any feedback. Thank you very much for reading.

It is normal for the baseline to rise during a temperature programmed run. Unless it is interfering with your analysis you can ignore it.
