but what is the solution if i have a pharmacopial peak but it hasn't this level >0.05 area % of priciple peak?
what does API peak mean? is it priciple peak?

API is the active pharmaceutical ingredient, so for drug substance method it would be your principal peak.

It would probably be easier to keep track of threads if you posted additional questions on the same topic in the original thread (?)
