Having problems seeing signed off reports in Empower 3
Only see 'sign off reports with ID (left hand side of screen) and only see Sign off ID .

No report is shown to right of Sign off ID'S

Any thoughts?

is the "Allow this method to be used in sign offs" activated in the report properties?

If so, maybe have a look at the properties of the column you are missing in the table to see if anything sticks out, is there anything in the "order by" or data filter fields that may be stopping this data being displayed?

Yeah ' allow method for sign off' is ticked

Sometimes you can see the reports , other times you cannot so must be an inhouse/ server issues or something

anybody know a fix /problem

Still no takers on this

As discussed cannot see sign of reports and only get a 4 digit number left hand side of screen where drop down of reports should be

Any thoughts?

in white space, right click, select "show all columns"
