how to decide the assay and related substances working concentration if % LOQ for the particular compound is about 0.02%

Thanks in advance

Generally, I used to have a descrete assay working conc that is anywhere between 10 and 100 times more concentrated than the Rel subs working solution. This is turn would be anywhere between 10 and 100 times more concentrated than the LOQ solution. As long as the range is linear, there should be no problem no matter what concs you choose.
Thanks.
Elliot.
