chiral sample not stable in methanol..

Hi!
I am trying to separate a chiral racemic sample on the SFC. And as you know, it regularly uses methanol as the modifier in addition to CO2; however, the sample I am told is not stable in methanol or any related alcohol. What other solvents could I use on SFC? Could I use Acetonitrile on the Daicel columns? What about the whelko columns?
