QQQ fault : MS1 RF driver

Hello , I'm currently suffering the error message from 1.17 MS1 RF driver cannot maintain the required mass setting. Is there any solution that can be solved ? Many thanks.
What is the instrument vendor and model number?
The errors are usually vendor specific so we need to know that to help troubleshoot.
