Agilent 240 Ion Trap Massive Contamination!!!

Hello,
Unfortunately, our 240 Ion Trap MS was contaminated heavily by column bleed when the semi-polar column was heated repeatedly to maximum temperature without any helium flow.
I have tried the cleaning procedures in the manual - electrodes, spacers, gate, etc., all to no avail. Every time the trap is re-assembled and baked out, ionization time is < 10,000usec and fluctuates rapidly. It should be steady at 25,000usec.
Can anyone offer a out-of-the-box suggestion for getting rid of this contamination???
Many thanks!!!
