Could anyone show me how to calculate Y-intercept bias?

Thanks,

I think that your y-int is your bias. A perfect, unbiased, noise free LC would have a y-int of 0.

y intercept bias may be accepted + or - 5% of quantification level response. it can be calculated intercept value divide by response at quantification level(target concentration) and then multiplied with 100. and also P value should be above 0.5 means it is considered statistically equal to zero. it can be calcuated by using excel sheet...

Guess you mean above 0.05?

Calculate the confidence interval of the intercept, if 0 is included, method is fine.
