I am working with an HPLC method to separate hyoscyamine (l-isomer) and atropine (racemate). What is considered acceptable for the resolution between pairs such as these? Please advise.
Also, if anyone knows where I can find a method for separating hyoscyamine, atropine, scopolamine hydrobromide and phenobarbital, it would be very helpful. Thanks.
