TCD decreased sensitivity and high level baseline

Hi all,
I have a thermo scientific trace 1300 GC with TCD, gas sampling valve and argon carrier gas, in order to detect, CO2, CO, CH4, H2 gases. With time, sensitivity has decreased, noise has increased and high baseline (baseline should be around 0mV and it is currently at 500mV).

We have checked for leaks, and lowered detector and filament temperatures, baked the system to remove contamination, and also trying a different column, to no avail.

When the filament is off the baseline is low, when on the baseline is very high.

Any other thoughts or suggestions to help with the baseline and sensitivity issue?

Many Thanks
