How i want to separate peaks for naringin and isoquercetin?

I am using LC-MS qqq for may analysis.
I use methanol as mobile phase solvent B and pure water for mobile phase A
The type of column i use is Zorbex Eclipse Plus C18
Already used different mobile phase such as Formic acid and ammonia formate.
But the peak does not came in high response.
