Quadrupole MS cleaning

I would appreciate if anyone can suggest me how to clean Quadrupole metal rods and how to take them apart. I have Unicam's Nermag Automass (610/615) instrument and I don't have its manual. If anyone has manual for this/similar model that will be very helpful.
