Hi Guys,
I encountered a error that GCMS does not start. I have a Gerstel MPS controlled by Mastreo, which is integrated into Chemstation.
When I started a sequence, it seems that GC and MPS are waiting for each other to be ready. and not ready light is solid rather than blinking on GC panel.
The message says Chemstation has to wait until mastro has finished the sequence run. While MPS status on the Mastro says waiting for external device to be ready.
