Addition or subtraction of full gc/ms data files

yes, we do this in spectra arithmetic. www.unichrom.com
Data processing is free.
by default every gc/ms presented as TIC chromatogram with attached MS matrix. SIM chromatogram can be extracted as additional layers (yet another signal in same workbook).
