Hi all,

Im really interested if anyone used or have already used these kind of sofware to perform MS/MS protein data search.
Im using a LCQ thermo finnigam and when I perfomed the MS/MS analysis then the software use .dta files to run into a MS/MS protein protein software.
I used sequest and mascot but i have problem to imput the .dta files on those software ( phenyx or sonar).

Please if anyone have experience with this I will appreciate the information.
