Thanks for the suggestions that you gave,we have addressed the problem. It was carryover effect.Anyway,we recently acquire LCMS 2010EV from Shimadzu and using it in our drug analysis application. Can you recommmend some website and reading materials to help us in using LCMS.

Click on the FAQ link near the upper left of the screen (just under the Chromatography Forum logo) and drill down to "Where to obtain additional information". Lots of links to places like James Little's web site, various vendors, tutorials, etc.
