Does anyone have a total publisher manual?

I am trying to create a report on it but cant find the %Amount column that we create in the Total Chrom report. Can anyone please help?

Salma

Sorry! That was meant to be TC Publisher
As you might have noticed, TC Publisher is a complex utility. As far as I know there is no manual, but the Help-function is not too bad.

To add an amount column:

select either the standards or the non-standards box. (A report is valid for either a standard or a sample, unless you make a report valid for both..)
Right click and modify your properties. Click columns --> Add --> Peak properties --> AdjustedAmount (doubleclick)

This should give a your amount in the Publisher Table.
If this will not work, please let me know.

KDAMME, Thank you for your reply. I might not have been very clear in my query and I apologise for that, the Problem I have is that after I loaded the data of a result, the amount(%) that I have in Total Chrom Workstation Report is not the same that I got on TC Publisher (in the AjustedAmount Column).

As for manual, Perkin Elmer very kindly sent me a user guide document yesterday. So if you every require it, please feel free to ask

Thanks,

Salma
