I am fitting a UPLC mixer and I was wondering does it actually matter which slot you put the A1/B1 solvent lines into? It doesn't say anywhere on the mixer which line to insert into and I cant seem to make out a pattern from the other machines. Surely once you programme your gradient into the instrument method, this doesn't matter once they are both connected?
